Well ISX management have said the claim is $500m. A 10th of that is $50m, even at level ISX should end up well in front if they settled for a 1/10th of what they claim they’re owed. To be honest if ISX are doing all this to just weasel JK out, people have a right to be pretty disgusted and if they can’t see it through then the performance shares should be voided.
