Its sorta prudent to reject the palmer project. I wouldn't take it as a negative. The sector is booming like 2011/2012 right now. Where's the workforce that's going to build and operate palmer's mine coming from?

On the ground there's a lot of new people coming into industry. Lots and lots of new people. It takes time to build a working mine with a reliable workforce. If a large project like palmer's got the green light, it'd take skilled workers away from all the other operations, who are all currently struggling with maintaining and training their workforces. There are lots of big projects ready to go and if they all came online at the same time it'd destroy the industry; it'd make a mess of the sites and there would be an increase in workplace fatalities.
