I had the unnerving experience of cancelling an order at 9.55 ASX time on Friday mornin - only to see status marked REFERRED - wasn't too concerned - but right on 10 it was stil showing REFERRED so tried to cancel it again - msg that order was REFERRED. Phoned them - 18 mins to get thru - to find that they had problems with orders prior to 10am - AND YES MY ORDER HAD GONE THRU?????
Fortunately the stock BML went from my buy at 14c to 15c so sold but the whole experience did MY HEAD IN.
