I find questioning Brian's integrity to be down right rude and disrespectful if I'm honest. a 15% discount in these market conditions is not bad at all (take a look at ARU for a comparison in raising capital).

It's obvious that Brian and team have been scratching their heads wondering how the hell this thing isn't valued higher. Im sure many of us have been thinking the same.
Ignore the cap raise/SP for a minute and have a look at the work they are doing. they have fast tracked 2 extra developments to try and get investor sentiment turned around. We have access to historical data which means one pass maybe 2 with a drill rig and we have enough to go for a acoping study that will very closely resemble a DFS. we have 40m coming our way in 12 months via our court ruling, and a fully working plant in storage, which i assume will be at one of the 2 new sites and thats why the capital cost is so low to get those going. I very highly doubt brian is fudging numbers when he has been spot on with everything regarding LD.

it takes many other ASX hopefuls to get to a scoping study stage many many years and raising of funds where we have the pick of the bunch planted squarely on the desk and being told the choice is ours to develop. if you can wait 2 years for cashflow then I think this is a no brainer.

Also regarding the convertible note, Last time i saw that was at a very similiar stock price to what we have here over at CXM, the 1M dollar convertible note resulted in the issue of 59m shares and 59m attatching options. Not sure they are the best for raising funds but happy to be provided with examples showing otherwise.
