This is such an odd announcement.
Has Deliote resigned? Or the board decided to change it? Do words still have meanings?
Scond paragraph:
the Board decided it was the appropriate time to change the Company’s external
audit provider.
Third paragraph:
the Company has received notice of resignation from Deloitte and ASIC consent to
the resignation
Auditor resignation is usually a negative sign. But the company is not transparent here, it seems.
