    Justis Matters

Senator Lindsey Graham is desperately trying to avoid testifying before the Georgia grand jury investigating Donald Trump's Georgia state election crimes. Graham filed a motion to quash (have a judge invalidate) the subpoena seeking his testimony.

Now, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has filed her reply, and it not only persuasively shoots down Graham's legal arguments, but it reveals damning information and evidence of how Graham "abetted" the Trump campaign's election disinformation efforts and how Graham's conduct was "interconnected" with Trump's efforts to steal the Georgia election. The motion filed by DA Willis gives Graham a clear 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination, which he would be wise to assert when he loses this subpoena battle.

DA Fani Willis puts Lindsey Graham in his place in her motion seeking his grand jury testimony
