    Actually, schmoove they haven't met the agreement at all. We haven't received payment or shares and they have extended the time to complete the agreement which is probably due to wanting to complete this sale which will give them the money to pay us. So they are selling our lease to pay us for our lease! Therefore we can do as we please.
