Another day another no announcement. I was right this MOu is being dangled like a carrot. If it was a done deal then why hasnt it been announced yet. TE aint going to hand out 10b for to some small company that wants 30%. When all they can give is some jacket lint from rubbing shoulders with government and the natives saying yes. They can do that same thing in brazil where the natives opinions count for nut all.
