Not even sure who is making this decision at the ASX currently. They have no CFO, no head of compliance, a CEO is who has been in the job for a week (dealing with the CHESS debacle), plus new board members. How could you possibly no what ASX intentions are on settling if they’re not given an easy out by ISX. Certainly having ex employees take the stand would add another layer of risk...
