We need to stop giving credence to the shorters gambit (successful as it continues to persist) re inflated revenues and performance rights

During the ASIC proceedings on the 3rd December 2021 ASIC's QC Borsky stated in open court that "Mr Housten addresses the question of performance rights, which is not, as we understood it, an issue in the ASIC proceeding, though it was perhaps in the ASX proceeding."

The ASIC pleadings, whilst they ramble on about performance rights, do not make a single allegation about them being improperly obtained. The issue is around disclosure, else ASIC would be a criminal case.

The propagation of this artful but effective bullshit is that too many people have heard it, and, like any good takedown, the more something is repeated the more the uninformed believe it.
