We have two sides here both with totally different views on how the case panned out.
Your posts seem to indicate you sat in the court room particular one on recent MMX thread.
Your last post here indicates that even you think CHM will get the nod but then you think you know the judges mind about the size of the payout !
If MMX are fine prove on this thread how MMX could have funded the acquistion without CHM. MMX failed to do so in court. They moved quickly to damage control arguing that they have done all this work since.
Problem is law doesnt take kindly to company's who profit from ilegal activity. MMX had no capacity to fund the $1.1 million payment without CHM so would have had nothing.
As to CHM price rocketing I dont think it will happen to the day the judgement get handed down. To much uncertainty.
