    Billions spent on wind gen in Vic ... pretty much all sitting idle for over 2 days now ... wind gen blackout.

    Coal failure? Should have revamped Hazelwood and kept excess capacity in the system .. was along with other brown coal producing some of cheapest coal in the country.
