this is not a mature play (yet), it's growth play so current market conditions (which aren't great anyways due to recession fears) have little impact on financials.

IMO a good window for partner was when POO was +$100 but rightly there was uncertainty with inflation costs at the time. A window of opportunity is still there and will become more appetising once this weird economic period of high inflation/high job growth is passed.

In the mean time the play is still developing by third parties which is a good thing for the location itself.
