Firstly even if it was only 400k the question is could have MMX got there without CHM. The answer is no because they would have if they could of.
The law is very clear about entities who profit from illegal activities and penalties and remedies. It is not a simple maths equation.
CHM have put forward a case that shows that a group of people and MMX set out to misuse CHM to gain a benefit.
The executive director of Weboz/Nicu/MMX was up to his eyeballs in all of this. He refused to take the stand.
Another ex director of MMX took the stand for CHM. From what I understand he painted a picture of MMX having knowledge. Even the judge after Zuks evidence allowed a further defendent to be joined as the depth of knowledge broadened to include the vendor of the IO assets.
You can do all the work you like on property gained from illegal activity but its still property gained from improper means.
