Not to be a constant Debbie Downer or anything and I get that many here don’t like my input but I’m going to agree with Eqz and add that with any sort of LOI (or MOU are even more suss) that the devil is always in the detail and we have very little detail (commercial in confidence and all that). When these type of events conveniently happen just around the time a company only has 6 weeks or so of OpEx in the bank and an obvious need to raise some capital or other funding then those that have been around a while think twice.
It’s not a bad announcement at all but is it the big one weve all been waiting for? could there be confidential details in the LOI that take the sheen off? is there a CR around the corner? At what price? is there more good news before the CR?
I will likely get back into PIQ but this is not my time or my price. I’m curious to know what the instos will price it at (my guess is 1-3 month VWAP minus 10-20%). sentiment is hold for LTers and sell over $1 if you can get it for the traders.
