    yes, its not easy to find references to Howard's Big Aus campaign...≥ yet I have distinct recall of interviews of John Howard and this question.

    and his views extended to pre-date the interviews in '05.

    Note how rapidly immigration rose during Howard's PMship? it was Gillard who flattened the increased intake.
