how does voting against the updated offer turn your against the 14.6 offer into essentially a for? (accepting that amount, as you've indicated). That makes no sense whatsoever. Didn't Pfizer and the bod have to submit this amendment to the courts before it could be adjusted in the scheme? Why do they need us to approve the increased offer??? Seriously, where is the logic in this?
