what date is the annual report due to be released ??
as you ran an ASX listed company .. I think most professionally/corporately responsible run ASX listed companies tend to have a small margin of error in relation to the quarterly revenues , costs and cash on hand figures ie annual report should be fairly close to what they have already reported as at the 30th June .
Hear what you are saying though .. board might want to wait until the auditors have signed off on the the report .
They did already buy back on a couple of days .. so that contradicts the theory of the board precluding buy backs prior to the annual report being released .
