you got nothing on your hand simply on paper and if share price goes back then ? wealth will go down as well.... while if you get dividend then your wealth will be tangible year on year until company provides return in my opinion.
management diluted shares to 3 billion with plenty of free stocks to themselves while shareholder received nothing tangible in hand ... IMO.
