I was critical of what, in my view, was OVR's lack of marketing of the project in the period coming up to the revised mining study. Had they done things differently, I still consider a placement at a better price should have been achievable back in December.
However, with the sharp downturn in the base metals sector in recent weeks, I considered in the best interests of the company that the capital raising go ahead. Thus I did not vote against (i did not vote at all).
