The SPP was put to shareholders so they couldn't complain that they werent given an opportunity, but XYZ placememt was.

IMO, the SPP wont be taken by the ratailers as consequence to the manipulation effort.

So, retailers, like myself, simply take advantage of the buying opportunity that exists at market prices.
