Yes I fear you have your wires crossed Richard....Nicu/MMX saw poential of JH and entered an agreement to purchase it....and negotiated a price, made up of both shares in MMX and cash.....chm had nothing to do with it....were never going to buy it...knew nothing about it.....So there is absolutely no arguement about CHM owning it or anything like that....simply that some of chm's funds were misappropriated and helped MMX make payment...again of an apprx 11 mill consideration we are talking less than $400k...Does'nt excuse it if proven, cos its wrong, and chm should get compensation, But trust me any talk of 50, 70 or a hundred million is just plain ludicrous......
