As an amateur, I think that the complete healing of an ulcer in 12 weeks is job done for SyPath. What happens afterwards, say 12 months down the track, could be down to a multitude of other things unrelated to the completed healing process e.g., an injury to the site. In other words, it seems obvious that complete healing is the desired and most reasonable outcome for a study of efficacy of this kind. But what is obvious to an amateur might be bollocks to a professional so I have written this with some trepidation.
