Some was to re-purchase at a lower price due to the placement offer.

I know this for sure about one seller who told me he would (not me) I hope it works out for him.. I can't try the same trick (too many shares) but I see the logic of it.

mac I think you should sell at the open and take your loss, so far I preferred it when you said you had no shares!
