Not sure if you're still here but I'm hoping you can clarify something for me - you mentioned that the OR for the failed Incyte Itacitinib study (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03139604) would have shown the same statistically insignificant result as the MSB results - I'm guessing you mean that were the same historical controls used by Incyte and the MSB trials then we would have missed the PE?
My question then is - did the Incyte study not compare their product as a first line treatment against steroids vs MSBs studies which were for steroid refractory GvHD - justifying a different control? Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick here but I'd appreciate you letting me know if I'm going down the wrong track here.
