idk how ASIC is going to get $15M out of what's left of the company. I imagine ASIC's representatives will have (further) strong words over the Federal Court decision that let them up sticks and move to Canada. I don't think even the already successful civil litigants are going to get their full payment, much less $15M for ASIC.
