    This transaction derisks the balance sheet but sells a very profitable part of the business.

    Agreed.But this looks like a part of the bigger plan.
    As i have written more than 1 year ago that Mithra and MYX will merge.
    So MYX is getting ready
    no black spots
    for the very profitable marriage.
