I recieved my letter today which has your SRN/HIN number. Once you have that go into Commsec > Settings > Transfer Shares. There you will be asked transfer holdings request from: Put in Share Registry and select your account. Then you will need to enter PH2 as code, SRN from the sheet I recieved in the post and the number of units. It will then take around 1 to 2 days before they appear in your account.
