A temporarily reduced tradeable float is of great benefit to the small handful who haven’t been administratively reamed. It’s extraordinary that this has been allowed to occur and is ongoing. This is not, by any stretch of the issuer’s imagination or the ASX statutory obligations, fair access, transparent or an orderly operation of the market in PH2 shares.
