This deal is going through.
Noone is losing their investment in Dacian as it's just being converted into Genesis shares. Did DCN under perform to expectations?
Majority will say Yes.
Is there any value with the state of DCN going forward as a sub company of GMD assuming they get at least 50.1% of holders saying yes (which is more probably than not) ?
The only chance of reducing our losses on DCN is rolling over and wait. DCN's duck is cooked. Another capital raising will only devalue the SP more, and GOD only knows what the SP of DCN will be if the deal falls over. Liquidation???
At 90% GMD can pull the compulsory acquisition trigger at the offer price, so why keep giving the current DCN management team (and I use that expression lightly) their salary?
Buy or sell? Black or Red? Investing and gambling are both a 50/50 situation.
