Isn't this call around asking shareholders what price they accept the same as if a bidder on a property at auction rang the owner or real estate agent what the reserve price (confidential and known only by the agent and owner) is? And if they rang more than once wouldn't that be harassment? Honestly, I don't know if that's illegal to do, but it's definitely not kosher...we only have 300K shares, we haven't been called thankfully, but their gall astounds me.
