    They put the company in Trading Halt for 2 days to do the cap raising. ANQ had until tomorrow morning to get it completely. At that point they must reopen the stock or suspend it. Because they haven't completed the capital raising they have no other choice but to suspend the stock. Hopefully they will get it done in the next 24hours and the stock can reopen this week. Obviously they couldn't have picked a worse time to do it with global markets getting hit like they are.....
