Long term holder since 2018, have 3 accounts and part of top 50.

I have voted "Yes" to Resolution 1 scheme amendment to legally and formally increase the offer from 14.6 cents to 20.8 cents.

I have voted "No" to Resolution 2 the overall scheme to reject Pfizer's latest offer of 20.8 cents.

That's as simple as I can put it. Any fellow "No Voters" who leave Resolution 1 as a "No" or against, you're literally then saying you want to keep 14.6 cents rather than moving up to 20.8 cents. As some here has mentioned, if the yes votes to the takeover (resolution 2) got up and somehow the price increase amendment (resolution 1) got voted down. Pfizer walks away laughing at 14.6 cents.

So make sure we put in the effort to at least formally and legally increase the offer to 20.8 cents by voting "Yes" to resolution 1 (aka price increase), then "No" to resolution 2 (aka takeover).
