All I know is that the seller keeps appearing around 88c, then gets pulled by the end of each day.

Gee I mean anyone can do it.

If I had say 100K of shares in CXS and wanted to shake people out to sell into my waiting buy orders lower down, then it would be a case of doing what this person is doing right now.
Of course it could always backfire and a big buyer takes it out.

Nothing can be done about it of course.
Just got to sit back and wait for the coming meeting.
