Ann: Trading Halt, page-2

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Opthea provides the following information:

 the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Opthea in relation to twoconnected transactions

o a non-dilutive funding agreement, ando a proposed equity raising

•  Opthea requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of a furtherannouncement to the market by Opthea in relation to the proposed two transactions notedabove or the commencement of trading on Monday, 15 August 2022; and

•  Opthea is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any otherinformation necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
