What is concerning to me is that A2M have come out and advised to the Market that other FDA Applicants have received this deferral advice yet Fonterra have advised they did not receive such a letter. So is there some bullshit being applied here or is A2M Management holding back some key information to ward what could be a failed application. What A2M has advised the market: "The Company has also subsequently been advised by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) that equivalent letters have been sent to all pending enforcement discretion applicants, indicating that the FDA is deferring any further review at this time of all pending applications."
I reckon A2M are getting kicked up the bum for the supposed leaked information which was publised in Australia recently which annouced A2M was about to receive FDA Approval. The IDFA could have taken the deferral action against A2M for this breach.
