You jump straight to court, blah, blah, blah, anti Trump, TDS, BS.
How about we stick with what we do know, Trump took documents he wasn't legally entitled to take, he failed to return the documents in a timely fashion, and the FBI had sufficient info to believe Trump was still holding documents he had no legal right to have, hence the warrant and search and seizure of documents.
There is no doubt Trump took documents that he wasn't legally entitled to take, we know this because he returned at least some of them, eventually.
So stop the faux outrage, Trump did the crime (taking the documents is illegal), there is no doubt, it just remains to be seen if actually gets charged or not.
Are you gong to argue Trump didn't take documents he wasn't legally entitled to take?
