If this was bad news from initial test they would stay quiet and test for the whole period until October they only just announced.
So it would suggest it is good news. Now logic would ask why they only just announced testing will go until October and then very quickly go in to a TH to announce good news to market? The answer was in the last 4c and the balance sheet and because a lot of LTH are delusional they need to do a CR soon and need to pump it up.
