Another thought - Maybe new management are becoming more PR focused and whilst the portal appears pretty benign it could have been researching what is important "news" for the market and maybe a trickle feed to slowly rerate the price for an eventual "reveal" late in October. Hard to negotiate a hefty buy out price when it languishes below 10c. Then again where does that leave Ken's oppies ? Dunno.
