    I ALMOST hit like to your post. Almost.

    As you say, the wouldn't release crap news until further testing.

    But, we aren't raising capital.

    This announcement is in order to inform the market as soon as possible that the chips work so that 4DS can start giving the chips to / informing potential acquirers of metrics under NDA.

    This should finally start some real FOMO.
