If you value risk at zero then maybe
you need to consider development risk, execution risk, financial risk, economic risk etc. This tells you how much a company should be discounted relative to its market cap.
Trading at NPV pre production is strange to say the least, let alone pre funding !!
Do they have other projects which could be boosting total potential NPVs to consider against this mcap?
