we don't really know what is happening here. it might amount to nothing. could be a shared deal. who knows. it wouldn't involve much money - we got the whole of Abbotts for $176k. maybe add a bit for our data.
having another explorer on the ground may give us some (nearology) benefit, we sure don't have the necessary cash to work maintain or explore everywhere.
