Absolutely he got the timing right in that sense if he was a short term holder (clearly he was though he might get back in).
But.......if its an accelerated rights issue, will he be eligible for any shares @ $1.30??? If its limited we may not get the $1.30 levels again?
Yes it might go down a bit...but not so much if its limited...as I say, we will have to wait for the details.
