After reading the notice of EGM I agree that the post consolidation price is yet to be determined. The consolidation is simply a 1 for 5. So if the price is 4 cents then post consolidation it will be 20 cents. If the price is 5 cents then it will be 25 cents.

However I believe that if the price is below 4 cents then the consolidation ratio may need to be changed so that the shares are above 20 cents post consolidation.

Also the raising that they are doing will be at a MINIMUM 20 cents, so it could be higher depending on the price at the time.

I agree with A9X IMO management have stuffed this up by not being more open and transparent. They are falling behind and it looks like they are making decisions on the run. Instead of 10 cents it now looks like 3 cents is on the cards.
