I think we are looking too far ahead on this at the moment, I'm of the opinion that AP has been busy lining things up. Cuba is in need for oil production domestically even more so now, so I think that the government will support any development aggressively. A person like AP will be looking at his options for getting on with more drilling (development, appraisal and more exploration). I wouldn't be surprised if Cuba lends to the venture to accelerate development and allowing shareholders funds to chase after more reserves.
