Go to zero? Pull the other one.
GMD just put about $12.5mil cash into DCN in a cap raising (that no DCN shareholders wanted!). GMD don’t get money back if this TO falls over. What will more likely happen is they just remain a minority shareholder and perhaps put someone (or a couple of reps) on the DCN board until they plot their next move. I don’t see nearly enough incentive in this offer for me to sign over my DCN shares to GMD….I don’t care how good Ray’s track record is. Come back with a more respectful offer and i’ll consider. Stand firm I say.
