Apologies @gimmegimme but “tell um they’re dreaming”. Buddy I guarantee there will be over 4000 individual holdings voted for on this SchemeOA.
100% no issue Pfizer getting the 75% yes for total votes voted, possible problem with getting the 50%+1 individual holdings voting Yes.
But the No, will need to number close to 2000 to defeat this, and Im not sure it’s quite there yet.
I’m in the NO camp for now, but I’ve got too much riding on this, so a higher offer at the top end of IEReport would see me vote Yes.
