You claim to have 30 years experience but you do not even know when a stock had a bad Day. Yes Lynas closed up 0.07 or 0.71%. But this was on a Day when the US July inflation rate was announced and was lower than expected Lets look at some other things
ASX 200 up $78, Up 1.12%
DJI Up 553, Up 1.63%
S & P 500 $88 up 2.13%
Nasdaq composite $ 361 up 2.89%
Nasdaq 100 $370 up 2.85%.
My portfolio up 2.14% in spite of having loses of 10% or more. on some of my Puts.

So you can say "Tracking up nicely!!" All that shows is how unaware you are of the markets around you. And your lack of experience.

Yes has been and we all know why but why don't you back up to 4 May when it was 11.59 intraday. or Jan 3 when it closed at 11.04. All markets are up nicely since the end of June Lynas less than most what does that say to you?

Nasdaq composite 11,362 to day 12,854 up 13%, 13 X Lynas
ASX 200 6539. today 7071. 8.1% 8X what Lynas is up.

So yes Lynas is up but compared to other stocks it has not participated at all in this 6 week rise.

In your investing experience don't you want stocks that out perform the average market? Yes, over years Lynas has way outperformed. The world markets started changing almost a year ago I want stocks that outperform in todays market not yesterdays. As far as tomorrows I have no idea what will happen so I will keep my investment horizon at about a year. JMO Lynas will be down a year from now. I say this because by standard market metrics it is still over price, Book value is 1.2 B MC 8.9 B usually about 1 to 1.lowe in a recession.
Revenue per share $6.67 usually about 1 to 1 this should improve with AR
Pe 33 this should improve to about 12 with AR. Still high for a recession. Would have been fantastic in Q2 or Q1
