You remind me of some other semi-literates who write the way they slur and therefore use phrases like "should of." I am not trying to convince others to sell -- they have already imbibed enough of the Kool-Aid to be beyond hope. I hope that potential buyers can see through the lack of fundamentals and choose other lithium stocks with a future. That is, unless they invest according to the Greater Fool theory, caring nothing about the company but only hoping to sell the shares to a greater fool thanthe ones buying now. And there may be a future for Lordsburg Lithium. That's probably what the Chinese investors see, since it's close to the Ganfeng property in Mexico they already own. But with more than 2 billion shares? Maybe a true penny stock, especially taking into account the cash in the bank they have not already wasted.
