i dont believe there are any ongoing discussions with any equity partners, i even doubt there was even an interested party due mainly to the climate in northern europe
with all the momentum this had with exim on board and to achieve no results is very telling
what i dont get is the bounce off the lows with high volume and a building buy stack? day traders? i dont think so, some company is accumulating, imo
